THE ROSS RECAP ( December 4-December 10, 2017)

Girls’ Basketball- The Trojan girls started their week off playing The Greenville Waves. The lost by a score of 44-37. This loss motivated the girls to win their next game against Sidney and they did exactly that, by a score of 38-31. The girls travelled to Butler High School in hopes of collecting a win, but fell short and lost to the Aviators 48-26. They are now moving into the season with a record of 3-2 overall. Wish the girls luck as they face the Tippecanoe Red Devils on Saturday with varsity beginning at 1 P.M.
Bowling- After a strong start to the season, collecting wins at the OHSAA Kickoff Tournament and the GWOC Preseason Tournament, the girls bowling team was defeated by the Versailles Tigers by a score of 2282-2369.The boys also went to Versailles, but won, with a score of 2,435-2,060. December 14, both the boys and girls competed against Fairborn and collected a pair of victories. Good luck to the Troy bowling team as they travel for the WSU Raider Challenge at 1 P.M. Saturday.
Swimming- Last Friday at the Robinson Branch YMCA, the boys took first place with 82 points against Miami East and Piqua. The girls took first place also with 81 points. Come cheer on the girls tonight as they face the Tipp City Red Devils!
Wrestling- Good luck to the boys as the travel to Versailles beginning ar 6 P.M. Saturday night!
Hockey- Come support the boys this Saturday against Sycamore at the Hobart Arena. Be there at 5:45 for the Pink the Rink Game. The next day, bring in a canned food and get a dollar off of your ticket to see Troy face St. X. Good luck Trojans!
